Sydney Opera House Epidemic Safety App

I worked with the Sydney Opera House on this one. At that time, the epidemic was severe, and it was a headache for the Sydney Opera House to let the audience watch the performance in an orderly and safe way.
So I started an extensive user survey and found the user pain points through interviews and questionnaires. I used QR code scanning instead of the traditional ballot paper, which could speed the audience to enter the venue quickly and avoid crowdedness. And to get the QR code, you must fill out your personal information and confirm your health. If someone subsequently finds themselves infected with the new crown, they can contact the Sydney Opera House to bring it to the attention of those in contact. The site also includes a reminder feature that sends an alert box to the audience to make themselves aware if there is loud noise around them or if they are not wearing a mask.
Additionally, the site is for more than just audiences. There is also a version for staff, where cleaners can go and upload their cleaning records, and then each staff member has to confirm their health status. Visitors can view the cleaning records for each venue and the crowd density and navigation.
